1. How do I create an account on the Client Portal?

You will receive an invitation link from our team. Click the link, fill in the required details, and set your password.



2. How do I add a new song or album?

Log in to the Portal → Go to “Create New Release” → Fill in metadata (title, artist name, genre, etc.) → Upload your audio and cover image → Submit for review.


3. How long does it take for my music to appear on platforms?

Usually 3–7 business days, but some platforms may require up to 14 days.


4. Can I see my streaming and sales statistics?

Yes, in the “Trend Reports” section you can track streams, downloads, and revenue from each platform.


5. When and how will I get paid?

Payments are made monthly or quarterly (depending on your contract). You can choose bank transfer or electronic payment systems (Payoneer).


6. What is the minimum payout amount?

The minimum payout threshold is $20-100$ or the equivalent in your currency.


7. Can I edit a song I already submitted?

If it has not been published yet, you can update the metadata or replace the files. If it is already live, you will need to submit a new version.


8. What should I do if I notice an error in the statistics?

Contact our support team and provide relevant proof. We will review and correct the data if necessary.


9. Can I remove my music from platforms?

Yes, in the “Removed Relases in Platform” section there is a “Take Down” option. Removal can take up to 5-14 days.


10. What is the “Anti-Fraud Policy” and why is it important?

This is our policy to prevent fake streams, unauthorized downloads, and fraudulent activity. Violations may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.
